The weather situation in our neck of the woods is not so bad on a Thursday compared to areas in the northern part of the state. Marshalltown had a high on Wednesday of 41. Hardin County was under a Winter Weather Advisory along with 9 other counties, 29 Iowa counties were under a Winter Storm Warning, also last night a Tornado Watch had to be issued for several counties in southern Iowa.
