Iowa State Extension Field Agronomist Mark Johnson says we will see a lot of field work in the next few days as producers plant their corn crops. He says the four inch soil temperatures are such that planting corn can now commence. Johnson says it will be a while before the soybeans are put in the ground, along about the 25th of the month ideally.
