Uncooperative weather has forced the Marshalltown Community College Baseball team to change its weekend plans.

The Tigers have cancelled their trip to Ellsworth Community College on Thursday afternoon due to rain throughout the afternoon in Iowa Falls.

MCC was set to host No. 7 Iowa Western Community College for a four-game Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) series on Saturday and Sunday at Shawn Williams Field, but projected rain throughout the weekend has altered the schedule.

The Tigers will now host the Reivers for a doubleheader at 2:00 PM on Friday and will look to avoid a chance of rain by completing the series at 2:00 PM on Monday afternoon (May 2).
