A swiftly moving storm Thursday morning in Marshalltown blew a tree over on a vehicle at 208 North 7th Street and did some $20,000 in damage. Jimmie Duff was owner of a 2012 Ford Escape which was damaged by a falling tree during the 4 a.m. hour by strong straight line winds. The vehicle had been parked on the west side of the road.
