People were hoping for good weather for Memorial Day 2016. There are programs in Marshalltown at the Riverside Cemetery, at the Center Street Bridge over the Iowa River at the Rose Hill Cemetery and at the Iowa Veterans Home. If the weather is lousy all of those outdoor activities were to be moved indoors to the Veterans Coliseum. Albion held ceremonies at their cemetery on Sunday. Gilman held a luncheon to go with their Memorial Day ceremonies.
