(Des Moines, IA) – A Des Moines man was back in court today..awaiting sentencing for the fatal shooting of his neighbor. Patrick Kirwan learned he’ll spend the next 50 years in prison for killing Mark Rhuska last year. Prosecutors allege, Kirwan fatally shot Rhuska because he suspected the man was having an affair with Kirwan’s girlfriend.
