The Marshalltown Police Department held a Stuff The Squad Car With Food event at both Hy-Vee and Fareway grocery stores. Officer Paul Heitmen says they utilized two Chevy Impalas for the effort, one from 1966 and one from 2013. The weather was good for the event and the participation was also good. The food gathered will be turned over to the Emergency Food Box of Marshalltown.
