Central Iowa Healthcare has announced the promotion of Dawnett Willis to Vice President of Operations.

Willis previously held the position of Executive Director of Business Development.

As the Vice President of Operations, Willis is responsible for the day-to-day hospital operations and oversees the CIH Clinics system.

Additionally, she oversees outpatient ancillary departments, business development, physician recruitment and strategic planning and growth. She is responsible for new service line development and implementation, patient and employee satisfaction scores and contract negotiations.

Willis joined Central Iowa Healthcare in 2013 after previously working at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-Allen as the Director of Outpatient Services.
