(Indianola, IA) – An overnight standoff in Indianola ends with one person behind bars. Police say, a man barricaded himself inside his apartment in the middle of Indianola Square. Authorities began evacuating the building shortly after 7:30pm last night and spent the next five hours trying to get the man to surrender. Officials were finally able to apprehend the suspect after midnight. 35-year-old Quentin McMurray was taken to a local hospital. His condition has not been released. No word yet on any charges pending.
