(Pleasant Hill, IA) – The investigation continues into what exactly caused a home in Pleasant Hill to go up in smoke. The fire happened at a residence along Burr Oak Blvd. Authorities say, the home has extensive smoke and water damage and appears to be a total loss. Two vehicles parked inside the garage were also lost in the fire. Total damages are in the area of 300-thousand-dollars. No injuries were reported.
