(Huxley, IA) – Authorities are investigating a fatal work related accident at a wind turbine near the town of Huxley. It happened Thursday night. Police say, 31-year-old Christopher Thompson of Manly, Iowa was working inside a wind turbine that was under construction…when he fell 40 feet to his death. Authorities say, Thompson was not wearing a harness at the time. The accident remains under investigation.
