The Marshalltown Police Department made an arrest in the aftermath of an assault case in the downtown area. The incident happened Wednesday morning during the one a-m hour. Police identify the suspect as 28 year old Luis Albert Alvarado Rodriguez. He was charged with Assault With Intent To Inflict Serious Injury. The incident happened at number 19 North Center Street.
