The season for the potential of increased vehicle/deer accidents is getting underway as we draw closer to fall and the days grow shorter. Marshall County Chief Deputy, Steve Hoffman says there is not a road in the county where deer do not cross and the movement is prime during the hours of dusk and dawn in particular. He says they reach the point where some six to nine accidents are reported daily not including accidents involving larger commercial vehicles which are not always reported to law enforcement.
