The Marshalltown City Council is expected to pass a resolution in regard to land acquisition for the Public Safety Building Project as they meet this afternoon at City Hall at 5:30 p.m. The council is also anticipating a report on the Central Business District from Director, Jenny Etter. A date will also be set for a public hearing on a general obligation loan for fire equipment sought by the Marshalltown Fire Department.
