The Marshalltown High School Volleyball team beat Fort Dodge on the road Tuesday night at Fort Dodge by scores of 25-14, 25-23, 19-25, and 25-18, the team improved to 6-8 overall. In girls swimming Dowling Catholic defeated Marshalltown at the Roundhouse pool 135-51, in cross country results from the Tom Karpan Invite at Valley Southwoods school, the MHS girls placed 9th and the MHS boys placed 11th. There was a Junior Varsity boys golf invite at the American Legion golf course and Marshalltown placed 3rd out of five teams. Mason Reid was the low scorer shooting a 40.
