There was an accident in the Marshalltown area Thursday afternoon. The Marshalltiown Police Depart sent out a Nixle e-mail and text to avoid the area of the 900 block of East Iowa Avenue. Later it was disclosed that a tractor was involved in an accident. More details when they become available.
