The Atlanta Falcons have a stronger grip on first place in the NFC South following another strong performance from the passing tandem of Matt Ryan and Julio Jones.

Ryan threw for 344 yards and four touchdowns as the Falcons outscored Tampa Bay, 43-28 to improve to 6-3. Jones had eight receptions for 111 yards and a TD to help Atlanta avenge their season-opening loss to the Buccaneers.

Levine Toilolo, Patrick DiMarco and Austin Hooper also caught TD pass from Ryan, who leads the NFL with 2,980 yards and 23 touchdown throws.

Jameis Winston threw for 261 yards and three touchdowns for the 3-5 Bucs, who have followed a three-game winning streak with back-to-back losses.
