An Election Day meeting for the Marshalltown School Board Tuesday afternoon. The meeting will be at the District Administration headquarters at 1002 South Third Avenue at five p-m. Two highlights of the agenda include a policy discussion about the Pledge of Allegiance and the use of the American flag in school buildings and a certificate of substantial completion in regard to entrance security upgrades to school buildings in the district.
