The Marshalltown City Council meets Monday afternoon at City Hall at 5:30 p-m. Among the agenda items Council is expected to name Story Construction as the Construction Manager for the joint police fire project. Also on the agenda is  paying Marshalltown Columbus Hall for property in connection with the project at a price tag of nearly 155-thousand dollars.
