A draft ordinance will be created and voted upon by the Marshalltown City Council on returning two way traffic to Linn and Church Streets. For the third time last night Council talked about the issue being proposed by City Councilman Joel Greer. The streets have been one way since the year 1970. Debate was on both sides of the issue. The return to two way traffic essentially would be from 9th Avenue to 9th Street with an exception in the 3oo Block of East Linn Street because of the U-S Post Office. Council is expected to vote on the matter December 12th.
