Law enforcement authorities have found and arrested Chad Bryant in the Dubuque area. He was a fugitive with ties to the area who was wanted on a number of charges, he had been sought for the better part of a month. A warrant had been issued for the 29 year old`s arrest. He had walked away from a court ordered treatment facility in the Des Moines area.
