Man arrested in Marshalltown in sex abuse case

A 55 year old man was arrested by the Marshalltown Police Department in a sex abuse case. the suspect is identified as Jack Bown. He faces charges of 2nd Degree Sex Abuse and and Indecent Contact with a Child.
