In Story County authorities have charged a man with more charges in regard to impersonating a public official. Lt. Jeff Dodds says 27 year old Richard Stinson was arrested on a charge of Impersonating a Public Official back on Friday. The arrest took place in Nevada. Recently he had been arrested on similar charges for allegedly impersonating a fire fighter.
