A follow up to a story we first brought you last Saturday, an autopsy was performed according to Marshall County Sheriff Steve Hoffman on the man accused in a sexual assault case in a truck who then took his life. The truck was situated on an on ramp adjacent to U-S highway 30 in the Marshalltown area. Evidence points to a woman being sexually assaulted and the male taking his life.
