Gladbrook-Reinbeck moved into the second round of the Class “A” high school football playoffs with a 14-0 victory over Wapsie Valley in Fairbank Friday Night; the game heard on News/Talk 1230 KFJB.
The Rebels earned another road trip this coming Friday night to St. Ansgar, a 33-17 victor over East Buchanan. Game time will be 7:00 p.m. Friday night.

Lynnville-Sully 20, New London 0. Lynville Sulley will take on Hudson Friday night
Class “1A”;
Denver defeated South Hamilton-Jewell 28 to 6.
Class “2A”:
New Hampton ended the season for Dike-New Hartford, 21 to 14 and Union-LaPorte City ousted Aplington-Parkersburg 42-0.
Class “3A”;
Pella moved on, 27-7 over Webster City, while Dallas center-Grimes ousted Carlisle 41-22.
The two playoff teams from Marshalltown’s Class “4A” district, Southeast Polk and WDM Valley were both dealt defeats.
