49-year old John Scott Meeks of Toledo passed away on December 24^th.

Private graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo.

Public visitation will be Thursday evening from 5 to 7 pm at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
