A 16-year old from Montour was killed yesterday in a car accident near Highway 146 and County Road F-17.

The Iowa State patrol says Connor McCrary driving southbound on 146 he apparently lost control, crossed the center line and hit a car driven by Marc Ware of Grinnell McCrary died at the scene. Ware was taken to Grinnell Regional Medical Center for treatment.
