There’s going to be some excitement in the Gilman area, but it will all be “only a test”. A four c ounty mass casualty exercise will be take place Saturday morning as four counties join together to see just how good their emergency planning is. Marshall County Emergency Management Coordinator Kim Elder says it will definitely be a “hands on” exercise.

Preparations for the exercise will begin at 6:30 Saturday morning, with the actual “incident” scheduled to begin around eight a.m.
