The CIRSI Foundation is in the midst of raising 40-thousand dollars to purchase a new wheelchair accessible van to help its clients get out and about. Shiela Kielly of the CIRSI  Foundation notes that the group has already done it’s homework in regards to the type of van it would like to buy.

To help with the effort, the Marshalltown Hy-Vee will be “rounding up” sales receipts all this week, with the difference going to the campaign. Kielly notes that it is thje CIRSI Foundation, not CIRSI that is backing this effort to provide transportation for folks who need it.
