You won’t find any kayak races or bridge festivals in Gilman, so what better place to have a No River Days Festival?

That is the name of the festival tomorrow in southern Marshall County. Events begin at seven a.m. with a pancake breakfast and continues all the way through a street dance from 8 to midnight with Tyler Richton and the High Bank Boys.

This will be the first No River Days Festival in Gilman in about ten years.

In other Saturday happenings;

The Farmers Market at the Cartwright Pavilion in downtown Marshalltown;

The Kids Fishing Derby at 9 am at Riverside Cemetery;

and the Marshall County Relay for Life from 3 to 11 at the MHS Track;
