If you are a small business owner affected by the tornado and need further assistance, Consumers Energy Cooperative, Heart of Iowa Communications along with Marshall Economic Development have established a revolving loadn fund to provide unsecured, low interst loans of 5 to 10 thousand dollars.  The fund administrator is Jim Lowrance.  Lowrance says $340,000 has been set aside for the program.  Contact 641-351-8690 if you are interested in finding out more.
