September is National College Savings Month. It is a great time if you have a young one and want to save ahead, to look at the 529 plans available in the state of Iowa. DiUlio also advises the sooner you can begin investing for your child’s post high school education, the better. The savings from plans the plans are not limited to four year institutions…and they can move with you, possibly even to another country.
