A juvenile male has been arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Theft in the burglary of a convenience store.
Marshalltown Police say the juvenile is suspected of breaking into the Express Mart on North 13th Street in September. The juvenile was also charged in connection to a car theft in late September. Another juvenile has also been charged with 2nd Degree Theft in that incident.
