The 17th ranked Iowa Hawkeye women outscored Purdue 23-11 in the fourth quarter in a 72-58 win in Iowa City.
Megan Gustafson had 25 points and Hannah Stewart had a career-high 21 as the Hawkeyes move to 7-2 in the Big Ten. Iowa coach Lisa Bluder says the Hawkeyes did a good job taking care of and sharing the ball.
Bluder says Iowa’s fate in the Big Ten during the second half of the race will be determined by how well they play on the road.
