A Flood Watch continues through Thursday evening for Central Iowa as more rain forecasts for today (Wednesday). There is also a Flood Watch in effect through Sunday for the Iowa River at Marshalltown. The river could rise to near flood stage by Sunday morning, all depending on how much rain we receive and the rate of snow melt.
