The body found near the Marshalltown Wal-mart on Monday morning was that of Michelle Grommet.

The Mason City woman was reported missing to Marshalltown Police on March 22. The initial autopsy of the body confirmed that it was indeed Grommet who was found in the farm field.

Marshalltown police have again stated there is no indication of foul play, but the investigation continues while final autopsy results are awaited.
