With the Spring road construction season upon us, Marshalltown drivers will be looking at the repaving work to begin on Highway 14/South Center Street in late May or Early June. Tony Gustafson of the DOT says there will be paving and overlay work, as well as median work, in conjunction with the City.

South Center Street will be down to two lanes quite often during the work, which is scheduled for completion in late Summer. The work also includes Anson Street by Hy-Vee and about a half mile stretch on Highway 14 south of the Iowa River bridge.
