     The Emerson Hough Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is offering a conservation scholarship to Jasper County high school seniors, according to Katie Cantu of the Izaak Walton League Scholarship Committee.  This scholarship award is for $750 to a graduating senior who will pursue a college degree in the field of natural resources or conservation.
