An underground pipeline drill was held Wednesday afternoon at rural Melbourne. Marshall County Emergency Manager Kim Elder says many partners teamed up to execute the event which turned out to be a great learning experience for all involved. Iowa One Call was one of the partners, they perpetuate the notion to contact their agency 48 hours before you begin an underground digging project.
