You may remember back in late January we told you about the Advocates for Marshall County Rescue Personnel and the goal to raise 100-thousand dollars to provide body armor to first responders in the area.

As part of that effort, the group, along with Not In Own Town will show the video “Officer Involved” this Thursday and Friday evening at the Orpheum, Theater Center to raise awareness and also some funds for their effort.

Marshalltown Police Chief Michael Tupper say he understands the group is about halfway to the goal of one-hundred thousand dollars. The fund raiser Thursday and Friday for a free-will donation.
