Two more deaths in both Marshall and Tama Counties since yesterday morning as the fatality toll due to CVOVID-19 rose 19 over the last 24 hours to 500.

Casewise, 262 added to the roll in the last 24 hours, the statewide total now 18,449.

Four new cases reported in Marshall County for 880, one each in Jasper and Story County. Those totals could begin to increase as the Test Iowa site has its soft opening today and tomorrow at Marshalltown Community College.
