Robert “Bob” Phipps, 93, of Le Grand, Iowa, went to be with his Lord and Savior on his birthday, February 12, 2021, at Grandview Heights Nursing Home, with his wife at his side.
At this time, cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services are planned at this time. A family led celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials in Bob’s
