The joyful spirit of Thelma Kelly, 90, of Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on the morning of August 7, 2021 at the Iowa River Hospice Home.
Services for Thelma will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to
