David John Dvorak, 85, of Elberon, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 following a brief illness surrounded by his family at the Keystone Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 15, 2021 at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama with Father Michael McAndrew and Deacon Joe Behounek as the officiants. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in rural Vining. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 4 – 7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.

A memorial fund will be established.
