Marshalltown Girls Varsity Volleyball team played Thursday night against Gilbert High School. The Marshalltown girls ended up losing in 3 straight sets, 25-22, 25-29, and 25-11. While the first 2 sets were close, they lost their fire in the 3rd set. Coach Peschong thought the team was distracted and didn’t seem to flow together. The 1-9 Bobcats will play Fort Dodge next Tuesday right here in Marshalltown.
