Andrew “Andy” Raymond Jensen, 83, of Dysart, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 4:00–7:00 PM at Dysart United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Dysart United Methodist Church with a meal to follow. A private family interment will take place at a later date.

A memorial fund will be established.
