The Marshall County Sheriffs Office is partnering with Farm Bureau for the 12th year for their Farm to Table Day. Sheriff Joel Phillips talks about the event that is for 4th grade students.
This event is held at the Central Iowa Fairgrounds. Students will get to meet some of the local farmers and ask specific questions. There will also be some farm machinery on site. He then talks about the goal of the Sheriffs Office.
He then gives some statistics about ATVs and Farms
Sheriff Phillips shares three rules for children and ATVs, wear a helmet, don’t ride on the road, and no passengers.
