The Marshalltown Police Department made a domestic incident related arrest early Tuesday morning. Captain Brian Batterson identifies the suspect as 48 year old Joaquin Reyes Molina who was arrested on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. The incident happened in the 200 block of North 13th Avenue in Marshalltown.
