The North Center Street Dairy Queen in Marshalltown asked for help and got it from friends and supporters after having air conditioner trouble and experiencing a delayed delivery time on warranty parts. Proprietor, Tyler Wollam put out a plea for help on Facebook and received some air conditioning units that he could borrow. The business, which has been in the family for decades, was able to continue on during this heat wave. He stated on Wednesday that the temp inside the business was a tolerable 90 degrees during the peak time of the day.
