As Thursday got underway in the listening area, we were in the midst of a Wind Chill Advisory issued by the National Weather Service with a wind chill factor of 19 below. Some snow is forecast, primarily on Friday of some two and a half inches worth in the Marshalltown area proper and then a blast of cold Saturday night into Monday morning. A low of -14 is forecast for Sunday morning! That will be followed by moderating temperatures, we can look forward to a high of 33 by Wednesday of next week.
